This stuff really works for me! I have recommended it to everyone I know who gets colds.
Take three of these huge tablets two or more times a day at the very first signs of a cold to ward off infection or lessen the symptoms.
Before I learned about Wellness Formula, I got colds at every season. And at least one or two of them were very severe. When I take the tablets at the first signs, now I only develop colds once or twice a year, and the symptoms are much milder and manageable without the use of medications and their side-effects.
Some people like to take one or two tablets daily to maintain their immune system. I find that it is better (and more economical) to take two tablets twice a day while travelling or when exposed to "cold-catching" conditions (infected persons, wet, damp weather or clothing, etc.)
You will experience some mild "garlic breath" with this product, but you can take an internal breath freshener like Crystal Breath to get rid of it. Due to "volume pricing," you'll get a great price at Amazon, but if you're not yet convinced, you can try a small bottle first, available at many vitamin stores. |

A friend of mine swore by these. I though she may have gotten a job with the company. Turns out she has made a believer out of more than a few people.
I have been into health foods, vitamins and supplements for a long time. I don't get excited as easily as I used to. However this is a well made formula. It has helped my family and I get over some really bad coughs this year. There is definitely something to it. It contains the usually round up of echinacea and goldenseal, but it also has many other herbs and ingredients that must be proportioned very well.
I certainly recommend these to anyone looking for an immune system boost. This is the capsule version. I think it delivers more of a punch than the tablet version. Keep in mind you do have to take 6 capsules while you only have to take 3 tablets. Also the smell is a bit strong and not that great. You can taste it more with the capsules. Otherwise this is a great supplement to take when you feel a little sickness coming on. |

I am a casting director. I meet, interview and shake hands with up to approximately 150 people per day. There are just so many times you can use Purell after shaking hands. Wellness Formula is the best......every day I simply follow the directions and take it in every season. An especially fine product for people who are prone to continual colds and allergy complaints.

| I first started using Welness Formula a couple of years ago. Being from New England and working in an office environment I catch cold constantly in winter. It was recommended to me by the sales staff in Whole Foods. I got the tab version, not the capsules. You need to take 3 caps every 3 hours and they smell strong, very strong. Last year I had to go to a business trip in the middle of winter and I was feeling terribly sick, during the trip the only thing that made me continue was my Welness Formula. It definitely makes you feel much better within half an hour. Of course you need to still rest and try to recover, but when you do not have the time to do that it gives you the strength to continue your day. I love it and I recommend it all the time to my friends and coworkers. |
