I travel frequently and I swear before finding Wellness Formula I'd catch some bug or another for every trip. Airplane air and cruise ship contamination being the worst! Now, I take Wellness Formula for a couple of days before any travel to boost my immunity, and carry a small bottle in my bag so I can take it at the slightest hint of trouble. I also keep a bottle at my desk at work, and another at home.

Great product, i use these as preventative and always notice when i've not used them for a few days.
However, note that if you buy these from The Vitamin Shoppe, you think you are buying cheaply but can get stung for import tax and hidden shipping charges when you buy over £18 worth. So if buying more than 1 item, place individual orders to make the savings, as otherwise the company bung them all together to save for themselves and you foot the import/ brokerage cost for high value packages they have created for their own benefit. Very unhelpful Customer Care people just ridicule complainants, rather thn acknowledging that the listing is unclear or the shipping process could be improved. |

This is a great immune system builder, far better than Airborne and similar "mostly vitamin C and ginseng" products available OTC.
I take this at the first sign of colds, fle and even cold & canker sores, and it either stops them dead or reduces the duration and severity of symptoms by around 1/3.
It comes in both capsules and tablets, the tablets being a bit less expensive (2 capsules= 1 tablet for a dose). Note that for some, the tablets may be a bit too large, and the taste is not very good. |

This product is excellent, but you must take it at the very first signs of sickness and then continue for a few days, even if you feel fine the next day continue it one more day or else it comes back and then doesnt work so well.

| I keep this product in stock to help prevent colds. I've also taken this product after having gotten a cold, and my body healed much faster that I expected. I actually started using this products from recommendations from 2 other friends who use it. |
