Even though stress is an unavoidable component of your lives, it needs to be managed effectively for it not to jeopardize your health. Here are some tips on how to deal with stress effectively:

  • A healthy and balanced diet is essential to keeping the body vibrant and healthy. Having a healthy body makes it easier for you to cope with stress.
